I'm trying to import list of organizations from CSV file into JSM project. Unfortunately import ends with error message "We couldn’t start your import. Make sure your file has a column with "Organization Name" as the header."
I tried a lot of combinations but with no results. I tried to prepare simple file created from downloaded template but unfortunately it import nothing and error message is still the same.
The file looks like this:

Organization name,Description
One,This is description

Does anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for any help.
The column header in the CSV file needs to be "Organization Name" mind the capitals!
Hi, @Marc -Devoteam-
thank you for your reaction. It pushed me to download the template again and I realized that my file had a wrong encoding.
It is solved now.

Hi Marek, could you go into more detail on how you solved this? I also downloaded the template, saved as CSV UTF 8 and am still getting the error.
thank you for any insight you can provide!

Hi!
At first, I used CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) and got this error.
But when I switched to CSV (Comma delimited), the issue was resolved.

Hi,
I get the same error message when I want to start the import.
Even with the downloaded Template and UTF-8 encoding (Excel 365 - save as UTF-8 csv comma separated) type...
I tried already a few types but its always failing for me...
@Marek Soukup what was the solution for you last year? What is/was the correct encoding for your import?
