Import holidays using ics into Change calendars

The feature to import holidays using ics into SLA calendars is so slick, but what about Change calendars? 

 

I want to be able to put a freeze window for all holidays in each of our locations around the globe, but it appears this isn't possible. Does anyone know if there is a way to import these bank holidays using ics?
