Import data into JSM Assets

I am trying to import multiple values into a Object in JSM Assets. The import works and does not give an error message but the values are not added.

I have an object called Test-C with an attribute Users. I have changed the attribute cardinality to 500.

I would like to connect multiple users to the object via a CSV file:

Name,Users
Test6,CM||VD

Test6 is created but the multiple users are not linked. 

If I change the cardinality to 1 it works but multiple does not.

How should I continue?
