Hello @Fabio Santos I suppose you want to automatically fill the options of a custom field just by adding the CSV data somewhere. Being that the case the answer would be no, you have to add the options manually
Scriptrunner had that functionality in server. I believe there is not such option on the cloud version. You can always double check but I don't think it will be there
