We need to implement the JIRA Service desk (Cloud) Customer Portal Login through our website. In our website a user login section is there its shown below

when a user Submitting the form by giving there Email and Password , it should directly login to the JIRA Service desk(Cloud) Customer Portal . Shown belowSo we need to skip the Customer Portal Login. Shown below

Is there any solution for this.

I don’t believe this is possible at this time. What you would need is SSO and there is an open issue for this JSDCLOUD-630. You should vote and watch that issue if desired.

you might also search the Community here for more info and see what others might be doing. In the search box just enter something like “SSO for Customers” or similar.
