Hi, for example, if I have a Word document with an image in it and I want to copy all the text with the images and paste it into the comments or a ticket description, the image doesn't come with it. Is that normal? Is there any way to change that? You always have to copy and paste the image separately.Screenshot 2026-01-13 162857.png

Hi @Antonia

Yes this is expected behaviour, you need to paste them individually.

This can't be circumvented.

This also relates to how content is stored in the source, as MS stores images in a certain way in a document.
