I want to create a report that does the following
1. Number of Service Desk tickets by Organization
2. Contains ticket count
3. Contain Time Tracking data (we do use the time tracker per ticket)
4. Platform (this is a custom selection) in our Service Desk Portal
I want to be able to see this for last month, MTD and all time
An alternative way is to use Reports - Charts and Graphs for Jira app developed by our team.
Here is our live demo dashboard where you can see and modify sample reports and play with them.
Hope it helps.
to get all that information in a report you will need to use an app like easy bi to create the report. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211051/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi @Brant Schroeder
Thanks for mentioning eazyBI app!
@Shianna Andersack if you want to see what is possible in eazyBI by using Service Management data, you can check this eazyBI demo account: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1001/dashboards/8347-sla-overview

Hi Brant and Gerda, is there another way to do this without adding a paid an on? Our Atlassian bill is quite high and we can't really afford to add on another fee.
Suggestions on how I can use the existing feature to build out such a report?

@Shianna Andersack You could create a filter that you could then export to Excel to manually derive some of the information.
You should be able to create a filter that would give you all the issues and have the fields (organization, time spent and platform) as columns.
You can then export this and use Excel to get time spent, total issues, etc by the organization.
