I want to know pricing for using Service desk and confluence together

Hi, 

I am new to jira and got confused different pricing for different systems. I would like to know price for using jira service desk with confluence for both cloud and host server.

Monthy and yearly/ per agent / group of agents

Also, on website it shows free forever for team of  3 agents what does that mean? 

Same in confluence also free forever upto 10 agents?

Can anyone please explain properly what is free forever and other pricing.

I have already seen this. My question was that can any one explain me how it works...like what is free forever plan in both service desk and confluence?

Does free forever means you can use jira for free( max 3 agents for service and 10 for confluence)??

If you check the pricing section again ;

Say Confluence , for 10 users it is free - which also means that you have limited functionality, it is as good as running on evaluation license .

You will also not get any Atlassian Support on the Free Option.

You will be stuck with 10 users only. You can see that a lot of features are NOT AVAILABLE on free version of 10 Users Confluence Cloud.

So if you are thinking at enterprise level - 10 user free option is just not happening.

Similar is the case with JIRA SD , free option comes with 3 agents alone which by no means is sufficient for an enterprise level use. And here as well, you do not get any support from atlassian team

Big enterprise but used by different small teams or 1 small team consider team of 3 and 7?

You would be the best to judge you know - you know your firm best , maybe there are possibilities of your firm growing as time passes by , you may have a team of 3-7 but what if your team does very extensive documentation - 2GB maybe really small storage if some kind of digital marketing team is using confluence - I've known some brand and marketing team of 7 alone owing assets worth in Terabytes :-)

So if i purchase standard plan and right now if i have only 3 licensed agents than i have to pay $10 pr month. right?

and it get increased when i add more agents?
