I want more white space under Comment screen by a service desk issue, just like with a software issue.
The comments field in a Jira call is at the bottom, which is why certain things don't work properly because things are out of view.
Is this possible to configure differently?

This looks like a bug in JSD’s User interface, since it affects usage of fields like Canned Responses. So, I took the liberty to open a bug ticket regarding this issue for you.
