I'm working on the Real Estate JSM project, which includes an approval process. In the workflow transition, I've set up approval steps using a custom **Group Picker (Multi-User)** field. I created a group, added myself and my colleague, and set this group in the field. When I perform the transition, the approval request is correctly sent to me, and the process functions as expected. However, the issue is that on the issue screen, I can only see the **group name** instead of the individual approver's name. I want to display the specific person to whom the approval request was sent rather than just the group name. How to achieve this.
Hi @Seenivasan K,
A way to make Jira display the individual names is to use individuals approvers instead of approver groups.
You have only 2 approvers in that groups, so selecting them individually instead via that group could be a possible option.

Hi Seenivasan,
By default the approval reuqest is end to all persons from the group.
If you need only one approval from teh group you can set this form the workflow but the system will trigger the approvals message to all of them and the first who will respond will be mark as the Approver and you can see this in the Activity: Approvals.
