I've aquestion regarding JIRA administrator. I want to ask whether the JIRA admin or the administration option is there in the premium version or not.
Actually, I want to use JIRA s/w for the ITSM project, I want to store all the data of an org like employee name, id, asset, specification of the asset and etc. So can it be possible with the JIRA premium version?
In addition to what @Tansu Akdeniz mentioned, you should use JSM project for ITSM activities and not Jira Software. Jira Software and Jira Service Management are two different products.
In regards to Insight, you will need to create custom fields (sourced from Insight objects) into your JSM projects, so JSM issues can be integrated with the Insight objects.

@Joseph Chung Yin, Can you please guide me on how I can connect multiple object schema? I've watched several videos on it, but I didn't find anything useful.
I made 2 separate schemas named employee schema and asset schema, and now I want to connect those in a manner when I open the graph view, I'll show me which asset is assigned by whom.

Hi @PO Palash
Yes. In JSM Premium version, insight asset management is bundled.
You can define your assets within Jira or import from external sources.
