I used to see a third option on this menu here, what happened to it?

I used to see a third option on this menu, this option would redirect me to the users configuration and allow me to edit some things for this user. I don't remember how this option was named, but it was related to edit users profile.

I used this option to fix duplicated users in the Service Desk project. For some reasons users with the same email are being duplicate, which results in the users not seeing the issues they have open previously.

The text for that third option is Administer User, and it's a link like:

https://JIRA_URL/secure/admin/user/ViewUser.jspa?name=USERNAME

Same link as clicking the cog in the upper right, choosing "User management", and then clicking a user.

Clicking one prompted me to repeat my password (websudo functionality), so I'm guessing that you perhaps were but are not currently an admin?
