I need to update custom description with value based on selected cascading drop-down

I have a cascading drop-down

When I select Value from drop-down based on values I need to update the description filed automatically.

For example I select A from first drop down and B from second drop down i need to update description relate to this condition.

Similarly if I select A from first drop down and C from second drop down I need to update description related to this condition.

Like wise if I select X from first drop down and Y from second drop down I need to update description related to this condition

How can this be achieved . Please help

I see you are only on Standard and not Premium.

You can definitely achieve this with an automation if you are on premium. I'm going to link you to a previous answer of mine as the process to setup is quite long:

The user on this question was also on Standard so they may have found a workaround to get it working on Standard.
