Hello,

As an admin, I need to invite the customer team members to the Service Desk project, but with different permissions:

  1. People who can raise, update, share requests, and add comments
  2. People with a Read-only view

Please note that they're both having a customer role, meaning that they shouldn't be able to view any other projects.

Hi @Lamya Eljerbi

As the Create Issues permission must given to Service Desk Customer - Portal Access for people who can raise, update, share requests and add comments, you cannot distinct a separate group for read-only customers.

Unless I'm missing something ...

@Lamya Eljerbi -

Assuming that you are asking to control project visibility in the portal UI, you can implement the following setup -

1) In your JSM project, go to Project settings >> Customer permissions section and change the Service project access to "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins".

Hope this helps.
