Can any one help me with JQL filter for 50 resolved tickets.
Hi Mahesh,
What are you having difficulty with in jql? The logic for finding resolved issues is "resolution is not EMPTY".
Susan
Thanks for your response ..!!
Actually my client requirement is Can the frequency of these surveys be modified to send surveys for every 50 resolved tickets as opposed to every resolved ticket? Trying to avoid my customer opening 5 tickets and then receiving 5 surveys.
In order to achieve this we found one add-on Jira Survey's , As per my client request I need a filter with resolved 50 Issues only then we can select that filter in that add-on and we can send customer survey email for that 50 issues.

Hi Mahesh,
Unfortunately there isn't a way to adjust this the frequency of the customer satisfaction survey at this time.
You could raise a feature request with Atlassian at:
https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/JSDSERVER/issues/JSDSERVER-1551?filter=allopenissues
HOpe that helps
Susan
