I'm uploading an edited translation jar file and I never see the changes reflected

Hi, I'm using Servie Desk Server Edition. I'm trying to edit the FR_FR translation of Service Desk. Here are the steps I did:

• I went here and downloaded that file jira-service-desk-language-pack-fr_FR-3.9.0.m0124-v2r375-2017-10-26.jar.
• I extracted the file
• I made some changes in these 2 files:
  • i18n/workinghours-i18n_fr_FR.properties
  • i18n/sd-i18n_fr_FR.properties:
• Then I select the folders that were extracted and I zip them: https://www.evernote.com/l/AB29OI0tFepOk7kddUpqxKzHyzt542iGLgE
• Then I rename the file to change from zip to jar
• I upload the file in Plugin Manager
• I received a confirmation that Language Pack French FR was updated
• The Language French FR is the default language of Service Desk and the language of my user's profile
• However I never see the changes I made in the files.

What am I doing wrong ?
