Please provide instructions on how to customize the Help Desk page and it's attributes for the Service Desk tool.
there are other threads on this in the Community. You have limited capabilities w/o an addon.
but search the community for more info.
Unfortunately the cost of Cloud is not having a robust customization system like on Server. For the most part we make do, hopefully in the future we have expanded capabilities!

First and foremost, are you a JIRA admin in the project? If not, you won't be able to brand the Help Center.
If you're the Service Admin and not a JIRA admin, then you can only brand your specific customer portal.
