I'm using Jira Service Management server version and I'm looking for a plugin or another way to automatically load customers and configure them grouped by company and area. Currently all my customers are seen as users by jira's Active Directory, but they are not grouped by Company and Area. These are two parameters which I find in the active directory and which I would like to exploit in some way on Jira Service Management to do the same type of grouping.

Hi @[deleted]

Consider using insight asset management. If you are on the latest JSM, it comes prebundled.

- Build a Schema
- Create object type customer
- Import the users from your AD mapping the attributes from your AD to the object type attributes

With this, you should be able to sort out the above requirement so you can see customers by company easily.

Also you can use the organisation option in JSM

@Ismael Jimoh  thank you, that's a function of Insight I didn't know. So I can manage Jira Service Management customers as Insight objects?
