Just started with use of this product. We are tailoring basic "service request" and "incident" forms. I have created three "Services" to reflect our IT systems. I don't see the "Services" field available to add to my Incident form.
Is there something more I must do make this field available for both Incidents and Service Requests?

If you are using the default ITSM project your Incident requests should have a field called Affected services, that field is linked to services. If you do not see it on the request then you can always add it. Just go to Project settings > Request types > Incidents and then the request type you want to add the field to.
