I keep ketting the message 'Log in to Jira to see this work item'

I'm getting the message 'Log in to Jira to see this work item' when trying to access a link like https://moodle.atlassian.net/browse/MDL-87941

In the bottom left I also see a message 'Something went wrong on our end
If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.
Hash ZDR5GW'

The most annoying thing about this message is that, when you get the message 'Log in to Jira to see this work item' you would at least expect to get a login option? Or a link where you should log in? Why doesn't have this error message a link? And why does the text 'share this information with your admin' doesn't hold a link to the admin's email address or name or anything to contact this person, whoever it is?

Second, I can't visit anything anymore without getting this message. I think I even get the message when I'm actually logged in.

In other words: please help!

Hi, @Richard van Iwaarden

The Moodle project migrated their bug tracker from a self-hosted Jira Server tracker.moodle.org to Jira Cloud at https://moodle.atlassian.net/.

After that migration, anonymous browsing is no longer available for most issues, so you need an Atlassian account that has been granted access to the Moodle site specifically.

Moodle HQ posted a migration FAQ thread on moodle.org/mod/forum with details on how to reclaim your account.

The "Something went wrong on our end" error with the hash code (ZDR5GW) is a generic Jira Cloud error that usually means the system tried to load the issue but your session has no valid permissions for that project. It is not a server outage. Once you log in with a valid account that has access to the MDL project, the issue should load normally. If you had no previous tracker account, you may need to request access through Moodle's community channels.

Information about admin is not written, because it's not that type of information, that can be shared to anybody.

You can find more info about migration here:
