I installed jida service desk my jira software ui after licensing

That install is end fine but all service desk plugins in software management grey..

 

how i can enable service desk after install

Hi Jouni,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  Typically when you install Jira Service Desk to an existing Jira site, it should be enabled automatically.  However there have been a few cases where the application is unable to start for some reason. 

I would be interested to see if we can take a closer look at your logs from this system in order to better understand the problem here.  I suspect that from your description Jira Service Desk has logged some kind of problem.  Those logs will be needed in order to correctly diagnose this problem though.

I created a support request on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/SDS-51461

Please follow the steps in Create a Support Zip in order to gather these logs and then upload these to that ticket.  This will help our support team to better understand why Service Desk is unable to start here.
