I have unknowingly changed my workflow and it is impacting my project status, can you please help

I removed Icebox but now it is showing that there is multiple code reviews in every status, can you please help me remove it.

Now my workflow and statuses are not as per the previous statues. Please help

It sounds to me like you have edited a workflow and removed a step from it.  If you do this, then issues need to be moved to other steps and you must have done that.

There is no way to go back unless you restore from a backup.  The best you can do without that is to re-add what you deleted and then work through all the issues to see which ones you need to move back into it.
