I have disabled the " JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin" but i am not able to add a comment

Hi Team,

 I have disable the JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin after that while attaching a file i am not able to write a comment in the comment section.

I move my cursor to the comment window but i dont get the option to write any comment and also when i am trying to write a comment by going to the comments section it does not allows me to write.

The issue is resolved when i disabled the Rich Text editor
