I have created a automation for survey rating less than 3

I created a automation following the steps in How to send notification when bad customer satisfaction received in Automation | Jira | Atlassian Documentation.

But alert gets triggerd for all ratings.

I need alerts only for ratings below 3, how do I do this please?

Can you please share a screen shot of your automation rule?  This will help us identify the source of the problem.
