Is it possible to create some sort of questionnaire in the incident project?
Example
Still require the following for incident ticket creation
summary,reporter, and priority
But now add 2 questions
Question 1
If answer is yes then open Incident ticket also open Health ticket
If no just open incident ticket
Question 2
If answer is yes then open Incident ticket also open ticket
If no just open incident ticket
Yes, it is possible to create a questionnaire in the incident project by custom fields and automation rules.
1. Create two custom fields in the incident project
2. Create an automation rule in Jira, when an incident ticket is created and checks the values of the two custom fields
For example: if the answer to question 1 is "Yes", the automation rule can create a ticket in the Health project and link it to the incident ticket
Note: You can use Jira's built-in automation capabilities or use a third-party automation tool like Zapier or IFTTT to set up this automation rule
Hope it can help you,
Regards
