Im trying the support product for the system support, how long i can use this with 3 free user
And later after using 3-4 months if i want to add more agents is it possible ?

Jira service management is free at the 3 agent level forever. You do need to pay attention to the limitations listed here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing
