I had a Jira project for my school software, but it suddenly disappeared. Can you guys help me fix it?

Hi @School Management System 

If your instance has not been actively used for some time already, the instance probably has been deactivated and even so could have already been fully deleted.

This if the instance was based on a free tier in Cloud.

If this relates to a Data Center version (hosted on-premise) then the project might have been archived or deleted by the admins of that instance.

Then , as here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.
