I don't see the SUBTEXT in the "BOARD"

I am creating a SUBTEXT in ALL WORK, for some reason I don't see the SUBTEXT in the BOARD.. I would appreciate help on how to solve this, I have tried all sorts of ways..

Do you mean you created a new item that is a subtask?

What type of project/space does this concern? You can get that information from the Type column on the Spaces page accessible from Spaces / More spaces / View all spaces.

Subtasks will do in the board for a Team Managed Software space when you have the Group option set to Subtasks.

Subtasks will display in the board for a business project only when you click on the "# / #" note on the card to show that item's subtasks.

If possible, please share a screenshot with us or provide more information about what kind of project and board you are using. What do you mean by “subtext”? This would help us better understand the scenario and assist you more effectively.
