I verified the project permissions 

Several users notified that they do not see the worklog option

Hi, Pablo, welcome to the Atlassian Community!


Check your Screen configuration and make sure that you've added the 'Time Tracking' field to the view/edit screen for this particular project and issue type - I think that might be the issue here.

Fun fact, it was related to the browser Zoom. 

Sometimes if it is greater than 150% it does not show the Log Work option
