I cant find the section "Store Jira data on your own device"

The toggle should be in Settings -> Products, but can not find it there.

Has anyone enabled it? Where can i find it?

I can't seem to get this working. As Site Administrator I activated the toggle switch in the Product Settings, but in the client browser, there still is no option to enable storing Jira data on the local machine.

Am I overlooking something?
