I cant contact Atlassian

Hi Guys,

I am trying to contact Altaian and it is proving quite challenging. I cant find a phone number or email address. I am filling in this form: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/product-evaluator-advice#/

For the question: Your Cloud site URL, Data Center Evaluation SEN or EN*

Answer:               "https://reaxxxx.atlassian.net"

Response:  This doesn't look like a valid URL, SEN, EN, or invoice. Please review the help links and edit this value.

I am using the URL I have for my trial version.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @Jake S 

If you are using Atlassian free tier, you aren't able to contact Atlassian Support (specified in the documenation)

The work around you can use is, switch to the Cloud standard plan (trail for 2 weeks). Raise your issue and switch back to the free plan.
