It shows you don't have access to view this project. Note I'm the owner and administrator to this project

Hi @Vendaw

Even if you’re the project owner/admin, this message usually means you’re missing a Jira Service Management agent license or the agent role, you may be a user, but you’re not a Jira admin, so you can’t grant this to yourself. Please ask a site admin to (1) enable Jira Service Management product access for your account, and (2) add you in the project under Project settings → People to Service Project Team (Agent) (and Administrators). If it’s team‑managed with Private access, they must also add you as an Agent in Project settings → Access. For company‑managed projects, ensure your role has Browse projects in the Permission scheme. If you only need the portal, have them add your email under Customers (no license needed). After these changes, you should be able to open the project.

Hope this helps
