I can't edit customer notification template

Hi there, I am new on Jira service management Premium Plan,

I am trying to edit my customer service management but this message appears : 

Template editing is restricted

You can edit notification templates after your evaluation period ends. If you need to enable the feature during your evaluation period, contact Atlassian support.

@saber dzab -

Welcome to the community.  Since you are the site admin/Jira admin, you should be able to edit the template for customer notification templates via the UI.  However, you got the prompt to ask you to contact Atlassian Support, then you have to follow that instructions.

The response to your support request issue, it is typically 24-48 hours (M-F) since it is not system down situation.
