I am using Insight - Asset Management. No Custom Field Object for Insight

I am trying to create a custom field as per instruction (https://documentation.riada.io/display/INSSERV/Default+Insight+Custom+Field)  but the Insight Object is not available. Can anybody help? I cannot link Insight to Jira Service Desk and I am trying to Demo...
