From yesterday me and my team unable to access jira account and work. its showing need permission to access and I am not unable to understand what permission its needed? even I try to contact customer care but can't find? can anyone explain this?

Contact your administrator to give you and your team product access. You are on a free plan as you state on your post here, or on a paid plan?
