I have created a component - IT Security
I have set up a Request with component value preset to IT Security
Created the following Project Automation
When Issue Created
IF Compare Two Values - {{issue components.name}} equals "IT Security"
Then Assign the issue to a member of list using balanced workload assignment
When I raise a request the automation runs and the log shows The following issue did not match the condition. What is wrong with the automation?
Also is there a way to use a group of people (Team) instead of putting a list of people in the automation.
