Hi,

I am not able to see the SLA's in the Issue view of Access request.

Please help me out on how to do the same to see the SLA's in the Issue view which is mentioned in the attached screenshot.

Hi,

There could various reasons you cannot see the SLA.
1. First make sure SLA is defined .
2. if the SLA is not shown on a issue that would mean that the goals you defined for that SLA does not apply to that issue.

If you can share your SLA definition, then can suggest better.
