I am not able to get to User Management Screen

I am trying to update customer name by going into Customer Portal. When I try to get into User Management Screen. I am getting error as below:"

You need permission

Request access from your administrator.

 

But I am the Administrator. Not sure why my own access is blocked. Jira error.jpg

Hi Anurag,

You must also have Site Administrator permissions to perform User Management. You can't do that with just Jira Administrator permissions.
