I am not able to generate report using Xray add on in Jira. It says something went wrong.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I click on Xray Document generator from three dots after filtering the issues on which I wan to generate report, I get error message something gone wrong. I have attached the screenshot here.
