I'm trying to configure the custom email address in the support eamil, but it's not happening , I'm getting the below Error.
Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: [ALERT] Please log in via your web browser: https://support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/78754 (Failure) Check out our troubleshooting docs for help resolving the issue.
Gmail has checks that, once you fail them, you have to sort of "reactivate" the email.
This is nothing to do with Jira, you need to follow the google docs to get the account reactivated so Jira can use it.
