Hi,

I am facing the issue while adding the Subtask issue type for 2 projects please help me out on this.

I have 2 projects which Service Desk Project(As a Prod Project)

                                      Service Desk Project-Dev(As a Dev Project)

I have implemented a CR in Dev project and if i am going to implement the same in Dev project i am getting this error message Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

Please help me out on the same

Hi

It looks like you have an issue of a sub-task type and therefore you can't remove the sub-task type from the issue type scheme.

Try searching for issues of the type sub-task for this project and convert the issue that you find to a different issue type. After you have done that you can remove the sub-task type from the issue type scheme.
