How we can add details of laptop of customer which can be seen when he raise any service request.

If some new employee joins any company and he got new laptop, so after getting laptop the company will have details about it but when new employee will raise any ticket at that time the agent should see his/her laptop details (ex : RAM, Display, Hard disk, etc) by automation rule. So, that Agent will get easy to know laptop details by Automation rule. Please tell me the procedure how we can do it.

this use case looks like you need to have asset management which is available in Premium plan of Jira Service Management.
