How to use user names from Entra ID import? or What is the exact output from $reporter

I am fairly new to JSM.

When I do the Entra ID import in JSM assets I would like to be able to relate the user name I get in such a way:

- Find the user according to the reporter of a service request and send message to the manager found in the manager attribute of the user or use this the manager attribute for an approval workflow.

I seem not to be able to design an AQL query and use Name or Mail of  $reporter

Hi @Oliver Strauß 

Are you aware how Entra ID app is configured? By default in Atlassian you are using 2 parameters:

- email

- user ID

Email is more important because this is something that user use to login. User ID is used e.g. in JQL filters.

In your case email from Entra ID is username/email in Atlassian.
