Hi all,
since a few weeks there is the new option to add information's to Organizations and customers.
We have now informations in there like customer dayrates which I would like to use in tickets for calculation.
Has anyone a solution to copy a value from the "organization" into a custom field in a ticket via automation?

It doesn't look like it's directly available as a smart value - but, you can access some information using the API and web requests from an automation rule
