How to update user name

Can you please let me know how to update my user name since my account has changed?

I'd like to update my user name from ext.kwada to kwada.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by “username” where are you seeing this specifically and do you see it in the link I provided? If you are on cloud you manage your profile at the link I provided. You indicated you are on cloud but as Nic mentioned if you are on server then follow the instructions he provided.

In Cloud, you no longer have user ids, so there's nothing to change.

Do you mean you have a Jira login on Server and you want to change that?  Go to Admin -> Users and change the ID there.
