I have a filter that shows a list of open requests and the list includes the Priority field. I can update Assignee and Status while in the view but I can't update the Priority. Is this possible? I can't find an option to enable it if it is.

Hi Tom,
No, you can't update that field from within the queue. You need to open the ticket to change the field. The status and assignee fields are the only ones you can edit inline in a queue.
