I need information on following points.

How to can we update the issue status in jira service desk using api.
can we fetch the Resolution field value from the jira service desk using api.

You probably need https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.15.0/#servicedeskapi/request/{issueIdOrKey}/transition and then just

api/2/issue for the resolution
