Hello ,

i have service desk project in production mode on a specific Jira with 1200 requests.

i developed a new request type , with new fields, new worflow and new dashboards on my test server Jira  and now i want to transfer all changes in production.

What should I do to put the structure of my production jira with the new structure I want to apply?

Thank you for your help

Jira doesn't have a way to move configuration between services automatically.  This desire to do complex admin testing in dev or test and then move it to production is the reason when people have written apps to do it!

I've had a lot of success with Botron's Configuration Manager, and Awnba (now Adaptavist's) Project Configurator in the past, both designed to do what you're asking, but then extending into migration of issues as well as the config.  There are a couple of other apps in the marketplace that do it too, but I've not enough experience with them to talk about them.
