I'm new to Jira Service Management and I'm trying to evaluate whether I can sync/import customers from an external source.
As an external source, I would like to use an active directory or carddav to get the customer's data.
As customer's data, I need:

When it comes to Customer information, currently, only their full name and email are visible in Service Management. It’s not possible to add additional fields with the details that you mentioned.
