Hi, in one of my company-managed spaces (projects) in JSM, I have a multi-user picker field to select attendees for a meeting. We have over 10,000 people who could be selected as attendees and some of these folks have the same name, so the differentiator is their email address. Is there a way for Customers who are completing a new request in the JSM Help Center portal to see the email address of the person they're selecting BEFORE they submit the ticket?

The solution could require using fields on Jira Forms or fields added directly to the Request form screen. It can utilize automations, or not. FYI, I have a way to display the emails AFTER the request is submitted, but a customer needs to be sure they're adding the right people to a meeting before those people receive email invites. Thanks!
That would be great, I've encountered this problem before, but unfortunately it's not possible yet.
There is an open feature suggestion for this:
Display email address on all user picker across Jira
I recommend following and voting on this ticket to increase its visibility.
Best Regards,
Anthony
Hi @Anthony Morais , thanks for the response and posting the link -- I'd looked at JSM-related questions and JACs before posting but didn't see this one. Will talk this one up!

That is one of the reason why all my customers are creating assets for Users. You can display any attribute, including email address, in the select dropdown.
only issue I can see with your use case is that you can’t link more than 50 objects to a request. They are supposed to fix this but I can’t tell you when.
